What is ecoFLEX Material?
EcoFLEX is a blend of recycled polymer and wood byproducts. It exhibits the best characteristics of the polymers and wood that forms the basis for this recycled product. EcoFLEX is made by reducing cleaned, recycled polymers and byproducts from the manufacturing of hardwood furniture frames. These byproducts are normally burned or dumped into a landfill. The material is mixed with UV inhibitors and color blending compounds and granulated into a form that is used to mold the parts that are used in the ecoConcepts product line from NewAgePet. The ecoFLEX material boasts a longer life cycle and will easily outlast traditional wooden furniture indoors and out. The material is weather resistant, rot proof, and insect proof and has a dependable stability by not warping, twisting, or cracking from changing weather or moisture.
