Aside from being a functional iPod dock, there's also a built-in clock with alarm. You can sync, transfer data, and recharge your iPod when using the USB to connect to your computer. Made for 3G, 4G, 5G iPods, iPod Mini, and iPod Nano with universal iPod dock. The camera / DVR is powered from the iPod dock's 120VAC power source. Program the DVR to record continuously or only when it detects motion in its field of view, or use the remote to start and stop recording. Download the recorded files via a USB cable (included).
