The camera takes color video at 1280x960 resolution. The electronics are weatherproof, so will survive in a protected environment outdoors. There's built-in motion detection so it records video only when something is moving in its field of view, conserving battery life and memory. Retrieve your video by removing the SD card or connect to a computer with a USB cable (included). Use the included remote control to turn it on and off, since it's likely to be mounted out of reach.
