we received the replacement lounger quickly, and the batteries worked, I just wished we could have tried it in the pool before we winterized just to make sure it works in the water, that's where the first one went out, but hopefuuly it will work next year with no problems. My daughter is blind and this will be a great enjoyment for her while relaxing in the pool. Thanks for your phone help and quick service and a nice person responding to customer service.
