The help ensure that your safe to drive the AlcoHawk CA2010 Person Digital Alcohol Detector is here to quickly and accurately determine your breath alcohol content. Its simple 1-button operation makes it easy to get a quick reading to determine whether or not you or your driver is safe to drive. The Persona; Digital Alcohol Detector comes with 3 mouthpieces for added convenience to allow for multiple readings if more than one person will be driving and should be tested. The alcohol detector has a, roughly, 20 second warm up time and 3 second response time once user has provided breath sample. This breathalyzer has a detection range of 0.00 - 0.40% blood alcohol concentration (BAC).
This breathalyzer features AirCheck Technology™ to ensure that a sufficient sample of breath has been obtained from its user to provide and accurate reading. This is a vital function for the breathalyzer because in order to obtain a truly accurate reading air from deep within the lung must be sampled. In order to do this the user must provide a 4-5 second deep exhale because a short exhale can throw off the reading. Another important function this alcohol detector features is Maintenance Check Technology™. This allows the user to have the Personal Digital Alcohol Detector run a self check on itself periodically to determine if there are any malfunctions or servicing needed. Should your device need to be serviced or calibrated contact AlcoHawk directly for instructions. Lastly, the CA2010 contains Sensor Recognition Technology™ which will watch for specific types of irregular sensor conditions.

Precautions
Wait at least 20 minutes after drinking, smoking or eating before sampling in order to obtain an accurate reading.
Do not test in strong winds or in closed rooms with smoke or alcohol present.
Do not blow smoke, food or liquid into the unit.
Optimum temperature range for use is 50 - 104° F. Use below or above may affect reading.
You cannot use the results of this unit in a court of law.
