The AL2500E Elite is DOT approved for law enforcement the US Coast Guard and comes with an accuracy rating of +/-0.01 at 0.10% BAC. The results are displayed on a clear 3 digit LCD display with a low battery indicator and auto power off. Breath sampling time comes in at 2 to 4 seconds. The Elite uses two standard AA batteries for operation.
