This digital scale features a weight capacity of up to 440 lbs and when in use should always be done so on a flat, hard surface to ensure an accurate reading. This scale features an auto-on function that eliminates the need for the user to tap the scale with their foot before weighing. The scale will also automatically turn off after 10 seconds of non-use to help preserve the life of its CR2032 battery which is included with the scale. In fact it is so low profile that it only comes about 0.8 inches off the ground which is roughly the equivalent of the height of an upright dime. It has an extra large, 2 inch, LCD digital display screen to make it as easy for the user to read as possible which is a helpful feature for those who do not have good eyesight. This scale will display weight in lbs, kg or st (UK Stone) depending upon user's desired reading. A push button on the underside of the weight display screen will cycle between the 3 weight options when pushed.
