The American Weigh Scales GS-150 Peachtree Digital Bathroom Scale is a prefect addition to any bathroom for those people interested in monitoring their weight or a loved one's. Having a scale ready and available is a great way to help lead a healthy lifestyle because it allows its user to track and manage their weight. This scale features an auto-on function that eliminates the need for the user to tap the scale with their foot before weighing. This scale will automatically turn off after 10 seconds of non-use to help preserve the life of its CR2032 battery which is included with the scale. The Peachtree Digital Bathroom Scale is capable of reading weight up to 330 lbs and should be used on a hard, flat surface to receive and accurate reading. It has a very low profile design so that it will not look gaudy and stick out where ever it is used. In fact it is so low profile that it only comes about 0.9 inches off the ground which is roughly the equivalent of the height of an upright dime. The Peachtree has 4 precision load cells which are located at the 4 corners underneath the tempered glass platform to accurately measure the user's weight. This scale will display weight in lbs, kg or st (UK Stone) depending upon user's desired reading. A push button on the underside of the weight display screen will cycle between the 3 weight options when pushed.
