The American Weigh Scales AMW-396TBS English and Spanish Speaking Scale is a fun and handy addition to any home for those people interested in monitoring their weight or a loved one's. Having a scale ready and available is a great way to help lead a healthy lifestyle because it allows its user to track and manage their weight. This handy scale comes with a talking function that will allow the scale to tell its user their weight in either English or Spanish. This can be especially helpful for someone with bad eyesight that might not be able to read the displayed weight. The scale comes with the option of a silent mode for those that do not wish to have the scale read off to them their weight. The user's weight is displayed on a vibrant blue backlit LCD screen to make reading it as easy as possible and features a strong and circular tempered glass platform to stand on. The English and Spanish Speaking Scale is capable of supporting up to 396 lbs, or 180 kg, and will display its users weight in either lbs or kg depending upon users preference. A switch on the underside of the scale is easily flipped to change between lbs and kg. This scale is powered by 2 AAA batteries which are included with the purchase of the scale.
