Hands-On Research:
Although this tube was mainly designed to be a massaging neck support, I used it wrapped vine-style around my arm after over-working my triceps and forearm. It was wonderful!

    I have used one of these for years on airplanes, as it makes a very comfortable travel pillow it can also be wrapped under your chin to help you sleep and keep your mouth from dropping open
