Wife loves functions. I love accuracy. Simple to use. A good value especially if you are health conscience. The scale could quickly pay for itself if used as a tool to determine the foods your body needs rather than what you want.

Cibo Nutritional Food scale is a must have if you are getting into or already into proper nutrition. The 999 pre programmed food types are easy to use and include just about everything you could encounter. You look your 3 digit food code up in the index of the manual, once you enter your food code you can view Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein and even sodium levels. If your busy or the phone rings while you are weighing it has a nice auto shut off feature to save battery life. The top plate of the scale is a separate piece so you can toss it in the sink or dishwasher to clean it up without jeopardizing any electronic components. Very nice product, for a similar price I could have bought just a dumb old scale that tells me nothing but weight!
