The Convectionware™ One-Quart Cooker Pans not only allow you to cut down on preparation, cooking and serving time for meals, they also trap flavor and nutrients in the food. The Convectionware One-Quart Cooker Pan uses a unique locking mechanism between the base and the lid which seals the heat molecules inside, creating a super-heated convection environment that speeds cooking by distributing heat evenly and without hot spots. The convection process infuses the flavors of herbs and spices you have added to the dish, keeping valuable vitamins and nutrients locked in for simple, fresh and healthy meals. Each of the four included pans are made of an anodized aluminum body with an 18/10 stainless steel lid and handles, so they will withstand the test of time. A Whitford Eclipse non-stick coating makes food preparation serving and cleaning up a breeze. Following the included recipes, you can combine all ingredients in one sealed cooker with little or no additional prep required and then place the pan into the oven at 450° for the prescribed amount of time. With four included pans, you can follow the same process for four different recipes. When cooking is complete, use the cloth liner to take the pan(s) out of the oven and transfer them to the four-rack trivet wherever you plan to serve your meal. Unique Locking Mechanism
Convectionware has a patent-pending design which makes use of the most common of all kitchen tools, the fork. Using the tines of any regular sized fork, simply place it into the stainless steel handle on the lid, while holding the side handle of than pan with the cloth liner, turn counter-clockwise applying pressure to the fork to release and viola, a freshly prepared, healthy dish awaits you.
Convection Cooking
Convectionware was designed to cook all dishes at the extremely high temperature of 450°. This temperature is necessary to create the convection environment and to keep the heat locked in. As a result, the kit includes trivets to protect your dining table and heavy cloth liners to use as hot pads when removing from the oven. Please use extreme caution when handling the pan after it has been in the oven.
Cleaning
Interior Cleaning: As simple as it is to cook in your Convectionware it is even more effortless to keep clean. The Eclipse non-stick coating makes it easy to clean with just mild soap and warm water
Exterior Cleaning: Use a nylon scouring pad and mild dish soap. Hand wash only. Never use steel scouring pads.
Cleaning the Handles: Your handles are made of 18/10 stainless steel. Clean them as you would normally clean the pan. Periodically you can use a metal polish to clean them further. Be careful not to get your polish onto the hard-anodized exterior surfaces.
