But you don't need to finish a bottle immediately in order to enjoy the taste of a freshly opened vintage. The Vino Vault is designed for true wine connoisseurs. Install one of the included argon gas cartridges in this temperature-controlled wine storage unit, and it will dispense this inert gas to coat the surface of the wine, thus inhibiting oxidation. The wine inside the bottle will be preserved up to two weeks.
