The Fireplace Thermostat/Remote system was developed to provide a safe, reliable, and user-friendly remote control system for a gas fireplace. The system can be operated using the thermostat or manually from the remote. The remote features an LCD that displays both the room and thermostatic set temperature in °F or °C. Five control buttons let you turn the heat up or down or set the countdown timer for up to 9 hours.
Since the system is entirely battery operated, you'll be able to use it as usual in the event of a power outage. The receiver comes with a snap-on wall plate and an 18-inch wire with connectors to attach to your millivolt valve or to a 24V AC transformer, which is required if connecting to an electronic spark ignition. Additional features include a child-proof lock.
Turn your fireplace into a true programmable thermostat with the Programmable Fireplace Thermostat/Remote, which works just like the Fireplace Thermostat/Remote but includes a programming option for scheduled heating, 7 days a week.
