Essential Info
Wine tastes its best when the bottle has recently been opened. Once air is allowed to enter the bottle, the process of oxidation begins, eventually manipulating the taste of the wine. The Concerto Wine Saver applies a vacuum seal to opened bottles of wine to prevent this oxidation and keep your wine tasting fresh for a much longer period of time. Using the special reusable rubber stopper, the Concerto allows you to extract the air from the opened bottle. The Concerto Wine Saver has an integrated vacuum indicator, which emits a clicking sound when the optimal vacuum is reached. The Concerto also features an ergonomically shaped handle and a large-capacity pump.

The Concerto Wine Saver is easy to use. Simply insert the stopper into the bottle's neck, place the pump on the stopper and commence pumping action. A click will sound when the optimal vacuum is reached. At that point, you can remove the pump and store the bottle upright. The bottle can be opened and resealed as many times as you like.
