Turn off the fire without leaving the comfort of your couch. This wireless gas-fireplace control system puts the power to control your fireplace right at your fingertips. A plug-in 110V receiver connects to your gas valve system and communicates over radio frequency (RF) to a handheld remote. Without any wires, you’ll be able to carry the remote with you all over the room. Signals can be sent to the receiver from the remote up to 20 feet away.

On the remote, you can change the mode to turn the fire on, off, or put it on Thermo mode, which keeps the fire running based on the current room temperature. A flame icon lets you know exactly when the burner/valve is in operation. When the battery is ready to be replaced, the remote displays a battery icon so you can be sure the remote is always functioning at an optimum level. As an added safety feature, you can program a lockout on the remote so children won’t accidentally turn on the fire without your permission. The remote requires the use of two AAA batteries, sold separately.
