Just got the unit, Kept the coffee at a drinkable Temp for 2 hours then needed a refill . Twisty cord is a little anoying had to strech it out to fit nicely on the desk. Lid seemed to be a little loose when empty but has not leaked so the seal is working. Great product glad i bought 4.
