    I've used this model before and liked it. The current version is crap. It came out of the box broken. I was able to fix it with other parts I had, but the quality was nowhere near the one I purchased a few years ago. Once again, quality control for Chinese products is becoming non existent.

    The showerhead I recieved did not match the description and the picture . The hose was different ( much cheaper, the cheapest ) and the bracket was made from ugly gray plastic.

    We love this showerhead. It actually gives you decent water pressure. I would give it 5 stars except for two things. First, it is pretty loud when you first turn it on...so if you are trying not to wake your spouse...ehh. Second, and probably the biggest issue I have, it now comes with a plastic hose instead of the metal one that came with it when we purchased our first one several years ago. Boo! But, I was still willing to purchase this, AND pay shipping...which I never do!

    Very happy about the product which I have used for over 10 years. Unfortunate the plastic on the shower head control broke whilst I was having a shower and hit my head.Could have been serious had pieces got into eye. Received a prompt replacement on the life time warranty. Fedex shipper negative billed me Canadian duties taxes inspite of no Canadian taxes billed by Canadian Border source on original invoice. Also return policy for items should be prepaid from Canada also. As it is only possible at this time from the USA. Fedex invoice# 5-653-23792 dated Sep15, 2009. from Fedex Canada.
