didn't fit our kitchen faucet. Called the company. Too bad for me. Had to go to 3 stores to find an adapter. Bought similar product about 5 years ago. It came with multiple adapters. Would have been good if your product did same thing.

Does not work at all.

I love this! Have two, ...save lots of water, which is great as we have septic pumpout. One is kind of finkicky when changing batteries. Can figure out why, but it is several years old now, and maybe it just needs replacement after constant use in our main bath.

This is the greatest! Works great... is also a great conversation piece when having company! conversation and conservation all at once!!

I installed this product and it works very well. The unit is very solidly made. Brass fitting to tap and metal faucet unit, but solid plastic sensor unit. It is easy to install and doesnt leak, but you have to use latex plumber tape or it will drip slightly under pressure I have a male tap unit so had to use the rubber washer included also. If installed with a weak or empty battery, the unit will only dispense water intermittently. Have to use fresh AAA batteries. I use it in the bathroom and it saves alot of water. It is good for getting a handcup of water, but maybe the sensor is a bit sensitive and water dispensing can be a bit choppy, I cant seem to fill a stainless stell cup with it maybe a light colored plastic cup would work?... so have to press the button on the unit to turn it off and get a continuous flow. But good product for sanitary washing of hands and saving alot of water. essential here in Australia

I don't like writing negative reviews, but this item leaves me no choice. This faucet has very limited clearance and it is not adjustable. I had to add an adaptor to get it to fit. Even worse, I was never able to get it to activate reliably, even after carefully following the instructions. It either failed to turn on, turned off early, or both. The cheap plastic construction also does not inspire confidence for a device that will be continuously under full line pressure. I finally gave up and returned it. I'm afraid this item does not live up to the usual quality I've experienced from other SmartHome items.
