Essential Info
The 24x27 Inch ELA Flashing for Flat Roofs is for use with the corresponding 24x27 Inch Manual or Electric Venting Home Skylight from Fakro. The ELA Flashing is designed for roofs that have flat roofing material such as shingles, flat tiles, double-lap roofing, tar boards or slates. Its purpose is to protect the Fakro Venting Home Skylight from inclement weather and at the same time a weep flap ensures that liquids are properly drained away from the skylight to prevent leaking. For home's with profiled roofing materials an EH/A-A Flashing (sold separately) should be used instead.
