Love these! They are a great size and easy to use. They were one of the first things I purchased for the new home after we fell in love with them at our last home. Install is a little of a pain until you get the hang of it. Important to get the spacing between the 2 main supports correct. Also important to make sure it will not be in the way of the garage door (when it is open).

The best! This was $50.00 less here than other stores! Great and easy to install!!!

The heavy lift is great. I was able to install it on my own with no problem. It gives us much needed storage space and still keeps items stored easily accessible.

The product looks fabulous;however, I have a 10'3 ceiling similar to other people having a ceiling over 8 feet. This may be a silly question, but why couldn't a person replace the suspension cables with longer ones to acccommodate higher ceilings? If this could be the case, then I'm in!

Installation: 9 days 3 hours had to wait on a new part The Racor Heavy Lift is a bit of a pain to install and some of the instructions are vague at best. I found that after installing the brackets at exactly 48 apart, the center spindle was 2 too long. Cutting it voids warranty. I''''''''''''''''ve read that some people have been able to install the brackets at 46 1/2 snugly; which suggests that there''''''''''''''''s a bit of a QA issue. I contacted Racor and was sent a new spindle 8 days later which installed perfectly. Test fit everything and don''''''''''''''''t get too fussed when you assemble the bottom rack. I found that assembling it on the last step 2'''''''''''''''' off the ground was so much easier. Overall I''''''''''''''''m happy with the product. It does what it promises.

I ordered two of these and installed this past weekend. Each took about an hour and a half to install and it was very easy. The instructions were easy to follow and all the hardware was packaged in separate bags to make finding the proper screws very easy. I will admit that mounting the first bracket each time is a two man job, but I managed to do it by myself. Smarthome is also the cheapest at $124.99 as I've found these ranging in price from $169 up to $199. Great product! My neighbor saw them and is going to order also.
