Like the bulbs a lot. This time the packing was just ok. They were bubble wrapped, but when I opened package, they weren't tightly in place, kind of tossed around a bit. Otherwise 5 stars.

The service was remarkable. We had immediate responses to our inquiries. I was disappointed in the light bulb, but I don't think that's your fault. I think that 120 watt floodlights have changed and are entirely different from the dozens of floodlights in our house. It's discouraging that we can't find similar lights to what we're already used to. But that's certainly not the fault of Smarthome. We were extremely impressed with the one-on-one service your firm accorded us.

Shipped on time. Delivered unbroken. Installed simply. Hopefully will work as advertised including durability of product. Will see over time.

Since I purchased 6 bulbs for our church to be used as the current bulbs fail, I tested all of the bulbs when they were received. They all tested good.

bought them for my parents. this wattage is no longer available in stores thanks to the FEDS!

the lights arrived in perfect condition. Curiously, they are dimmer than the 120 watt indoor floodlights I purchased before the new government ruling eliminating high wattage bulbs. I am discouraged by this, but figure they are still better than the 65 watts I will be stuck with.
