Essential Info
This sound level meter provides readings with 2dB accuracy. It measures levels in the 35-130dB range with A/C frequency weighting and fast/slow responses. The ‘A’ frequency matches that of the human ear and is best for environmental and hearing conservation programs. The ‘C’ frequency is a flatter response, best for analysis of machine, engines, etc. The fast response time can be used to capture sudden noise, while the SLOW response time is best for consistent noise levels. A large LCD display makes viewing data easy DC/AC conditioned outputs allow you to connect the unit to an analyzer or recorder. A built-in calibration check ensures an accurate reading every time. The meter requires the use of one 9-Volt battery, included.
