The Pistol-Grip IR Thermometer can measure the surface temperature of any item between -58° F to 752° F, and it takes only one second for this IR thermometer to supply an ultra-accurate temperature. The laser pointer dot lets you see exactly which component you're measuring.
Wine TemperaturesNow here's one use that most people probably wouldn't think of. Emile Paynaud, author of The Taste of Wine and a Bordeaux oenologist, said wine taste changes dramatically throughout a 20° F range. The same red wine will taste "hot and thin at 70° F, supple and fluid at 64° F, full and astringent at 50° F."
