Essential Info
Whether you need to measure relative moisture levels in wood, sheet rock, particle board, carpeting or tiles, this moisture meter has got it covered. It uses both electro-magnetic technology and pins to ensure you will always be able to get an accurate reading. Even the pinless method is capable of detecting moisture up to 0.75 inches (22 mm) deep. Readings are clearly displayed on the digital LCD screen. A tri-color bar graph lights up green, yellow or red depending on the amount of moisture detected. The meter comes with everything you will need, including 9-Volt battery and carrying case. A protective cap covers the pins when not in use and can be snapped onto the side of the unit for safekeeping during measurements.
