With a multitude of features and options, this sound level meter provides accurate and quick readings in the 30 to 130dB range. Data is stored on an SD card for the simple upload to your computer for analysis and report documentation. Up to 99 readings can be stored manually and up to 20M on a 2G SD card. The internal dataloggers also stores date/time stamps for each reading in an Excel format. Frequency weighting can be measured in one of two modes. The ‘A’ frequency matches that of the human ear and is best for environmental and hearing conservation programs. The ‘C’ frequency is a flatter response, best for analysis of machine, engines, etc. The FAST response time can be used to capture sudden noise, while the SLOW response time is best for consistent noise levels. Manual and automatic recording modes are available. The meter’s large backlit LCD display makes reading data easy while the AC analog output allows you to connect the unit to an analyzer or recorder. The meter requires the use of six AA batteries, included.
