The Steelmate USA Front and Rear Parking Assist System with Learning Function includes 4 front and 4 rear sensors, two slim LED displays (front sensor display, rear sensor display), and active front sensor monitoring during backup stages. The displays show distance of object in feet, with LED and audible beep prompts. The additional front 4 sensors act as an aid while pulling into or out of a tight space and when reversing the 2 front corner sensors will stay on to monitor the vehicles corners. The slim LED displays allow for mounting in a variety of places such as the rearview mirror. This parking assist system also features an automatic audio mute function that will mute the radio when in use to ensure it alerts the driver. The learning function associated with this product means it can be taught to ignore fixed objects, such as tow-bars or spare tires. To prevent false alerts the system uses proprietary digital sensing technology that uses real-time feedback and sophisticated DSP to provide fast and accurate object detection.
