the cord winder seems like a great idea. my husband thought it was a vry cool gift. he hates dealing with the mess of those cords

I got the wrong product so sent back for refund. Waiting for refund on credit card.

Yes, I did report that my product that i ordered was not delivered as was stated from Fed Ex. However, two days later they did deliver the product. I reported that it had been delivered at that time. I thought no more about it. Then about 2 weeks later another shipment was delivered. I opened it and it was another of the same product. Yes I can use the product in a different place but I do not need it. I had asked for a second mounting bracket as was shipped in one of this same product two or three years ago. I was told that this was not possible that only the original product had the one mounting bracket. I have not mounted the latest shipment even tho I have a place to mount it. I don't have a return authouization nor postage to send it back to Smarthome. I really appreciate Smarthome's imediated response by shipping another produdct so quickly but now I don't know what to do with the additional product. What is Smarthomes response?

I was very pleased with the speed in which i recieved my order I would not hesitate to order something else as aneed arises.

I gave these to each of my boys and they were all excited. My oldest found them and put them on his Xmas list. So I bought them for each son. I will have to check with them and see how they work. AND whether my husband would like one.
