Platinum Tools' EZ-RJ45® connector simplifies twisted pair terminations by allowing the wires to be inserted through the connector and out the front. Technicians can easily verify the proper wiring order. Performance is improved by reducing the distance between the wire twists and contacts, thus promoting faster terminations.

    They are GREAT in terms of aligning the wires before crimping. However, there's a little nub on the tip that makes them hard to fit into the connector. I filed it off to make them fit, but the nubs shouldn't be on them.

    These connectors make creating custom patch cables a snap. In the past I've been hesitant, or would have to redo because of crossed pairs, but these virtually remove the chance of errors.
