The MXHD1616A is a professional, rack mountable 16 input x 16 output HDMI/DVI digital matrix switcher from KanexPro. Designed for quick and efficient switching, the HDMX44RS is ideal for military, medical, and government like environments where quick and easy selection of multiple high resolutions outputs are required. This digital matrix switcher can support Dolby Digital-True HD and DTS HD audio technologies as well as support full 3D and non-3D HD (1920x1080 at 60Hz) and WUXGA computer resolutions (up to 1920x1200 @ 60Hz). The unit's automatic gain compensation and equalization work up to 100 feet to assure that quality image and sound is delivered through the matrix.
The MXHD1616A is capable of switching at a maximum speed of 200 nanoseconds for extremely fast switching. Connect up to four HD or high resolution devices such as a computer, Blu-ray player, Satellite receiver, and a game console into the inputs and connect up to a total of four high resolution monitors to the matrix's outputs for the ability to switch, at will, between your multiple devices with the onboard front facing selector buttons, a universal infrared remote (sold separate), or with RS-232 commands. Nine global presets are available for input and output configurations, providing the ability to save and recall on the fly via. the front panel. The MXHD1616A essentially brings multitasking to a much more efficient level.
