If you are looking for a complete multi-room audio package that distributes four audio source out to four zones, consider using the ATON 4-Source, 4-Zone DIGI-5 Whole Home Audio Distribution System. The beauty of using a DIGI-5 system is that each of the components in this kit can be connected to the audio distribution router via cat. 5 cables, sold separately. Using cat. 5 cables makes installation easier as each connection requires only one cable; one between the local source input and the router and each of four touch pads and the router. The only other connections needed are connecting speakers to the touch pads via speaker wire and connecting an audio source (CD player, MP3 Player, DVD player or Blu-ray player) to the included local source input wall plate (via an Analog Audio, Digital Optical Audio or Digital Coaxial Audio cable); speakers, speaker wire, and audio cable sold separately. From the touch pads in each of up to four zones, you will be able to control up to four different audio sources (using the included IR emitters); additionally, you can operate the touch pads and control the audio sources via the included remote control. The touch pads feature a brilliant indigo blue backlight that adds a bit of contemporary flair to the system. For larger applications you can add up to four ATON 6-Zone Expansion routers to create up to 28 zones. This kit includes everything you need to get started with a whole home audio system.

4-Source, 4-Zone Digital Audio Router
The ATON 4-Source, 4-Zone DIGI-5 Digital Audio Router is the hub of your whole home audio distribution system. Connect any device with an analog, digital or coaxial audio output to the router and that device can be accessed from any touch pad on your system. The included infrared (IR) emitters can also be connected from the hub to each source for full IR control (if available on the source) using the included remote control. A list of features includes:

Digital Amplified Touch Pads
This whole home audio distribution system includes four digital amplified touch pads. A touch pad is required to control zone in the system and each touch pad provides Source Selection, Volume, Mute and Power control as well as control of all connected audio sources with its built-in IR receiver. Additionally, it provides amplification for the zone's speakers using an on-board 30 watts per channel digital amplifier. A soft, modern indigo blue light brings each touch pad to life. Source Input Wall Plate
The Source Input Wall Plate allows a local source located within a room/zone which is not available to the system router or expansion router. This is generally used for iPods, other MP3 players, CD players or any source component with an audio output. The source input wall plate easily connects to a Digital Amplified Touch Pad. It provides connections for Analog Audio, Digital Optical Audio, Digital Coaxial Audio and IR Control. An IR output has also been built-in for remote control of the local source.
