Giving a 4 (would give 3.5 if i could) rating because of the poor fulfillment process. The product is as good as they come, but getting it to me was less than smooth. Very quick and easy to assemble, although it would have been nice to get more screws to start with. Straight forward instructions. Had it up and running in about 15 mins. For the home user looking for something sturdy and easy to work with, without having to spend thousands on a rack, this is the ideal - i highly recommend it. The fact that it can be knocked down, also helps with moving it to different areas of the house (without having to rip open your doors and jambs). Already planning to get a second one, since they can be ganged. Only thing annoying - this was a dropped shipped item from the manufacturer and had logistics issues. Having more insight (even the Smarthome folks were struggling and only after the second time were they able to confirm where the items were) would have been good. It took me over a month to get it (and it came in 2 different shipments), as the drop ship went to Smarthome first, then got shipped out to me. Would have liked to see their supply chain run more efficiently, where the drop ship would come directly to me and it could be tracked/notified with more transparency. Maybe implement something where the customer understands how long it's going to take - roughly, so they can make the appropriate decision.
