If you use the quiet Component Cooler Triple Fan System to cool multiple A/V components stacked on open shelving, you can expand this automatic system with the Component Cooler Single Extra Fan. This extra fan connects to the daisy-chained cooling devices to turn on automatically when satellite/cable boxes, receivers and other heat-generating components get too hot. This low-profile units fit beneath most equipment, and rubber discs are included to raise the height of stacked equipment if necessary. Please note: If you only have one component to cool, use the Component Cooler Single Fan instead. This single fan comes with a power supply, while the Component Cooler Single Extra Fan relies on the Triple Fan System for its power.

Fans Turn On AutomaticallyEach quiet, internal fan activates automatically when temperatures generated by hot-running equipment reach damaging levels. The Component Cooler Triple Fan System activates its fans automatically at 90° F and turns off at 88° F, but since the quiet fans run at only 24 dB, they won't disturb your enjoyment of your entertainment equipment.
Additional Cooling Systems AvailableIf you maintain a few components in a small cabinet or enclosed entertainment center, use the Cabinet Cooler Fan System. For equipment racks maintained in closets, the Closet Cooler will do the trick.
