    Fan Turns On Automatically
    The quiet, internal fan activates automatically when temperatures generated by hot-running equipment reach damaging levels. The Cabinet Cooler Fan System activates automatically at 87° F and turns off at 85° F, but since its quiet fan runs at only 24 dB, it won't disturb your enjoyment of your entertainment equipment.

    Additional Cooling Systems Available
    The Cabinet Cooler Fan System is ideal for use in smaller enclosures, such as entertainment centers. If you need to cool a larger space, use the closet cooler instead. Coolers are also available to cool individual components.

    Seems to work well, looks good on exterior. Web page didn't warn of need for 3.5" hole cutter (not cheap) for installation. Price seems high but perhaps thermostat control is costly to make.

    The fan is fine, but not quite what I expected for 100 bucks. As others have mentioned, the grill doens't snap on well after installation, and it isn't really that quiet. The noise may be unaviodable when moving air (not a function of the fan), but i was hoping it would be quieter. I installed it on the back of my media cabinet, and it is obvious when it turns on (except when the tv is quite loud). Not a bad product though, just not what I had hoped for.
