The FutureSmart QuickNetwork Distribution panel comes standard with an 18" flush-mount install can and cover, a 110V power outlet and a combined telephone and coax distribution module. Panels are rated for CAT3, CAT5E, CAT6, RG-59 or RG-6 cables, and are compatible with most standard protocols including HomePNA, HomeRF, UPnP, 802.11b, PLC, Echelon Lonworks, CEBus, Lone Wolf, etc.
Although these distribution panels are perfect for entry level systems, that doesn't mean they're limited in scope. In their basic configurations, the panels provide distribution and control of voice, data and video signals. With additional expansion modules, they can also provide distribution and control of security, audio, computer networks, home automation, X10 products, IR products, RF products and wireless products. The panels are the perfect solution if you need an affordable structured wiring system that can be upgraded as your needs or budget grow.
