The Leviton 47609-4 1x4 Bridged Telephone Module features 5 sets of 110 IDC punchdowns. Any set can be used at the "input" set, bridging up to four lines of telephone service to the other four sets. UTP cable can be punched down on each of the four "output" sets to distribute service to remote locations throughout the house.

Leviton’s 1x4 Bridged Telephone Module is designed for use in Leviton’s Structured Media Enclosures, including the Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) Enclosure and the Series 140, 280 and 420 Structured Media Centers (SMCs) to support a variety of telephone distribution configurations. They quick snap into molded-in brackets in Leviton’s MDU Enclosure, or can be attached to Leviton Pre- Configured Structured Cabling Panels, Single Plastic Brackets or Expansion Plastic Brackets for mounting in Series 140, 280 and 420 Structured Media Centers.
