Protect against heat build-up from installed modules in your Leviton Structured Media Enclosure (sold separately) with this Extender Bracket. Louvers in the Extender Bracket enhance ventilation for added protection, and the two-inch greater depth allows for better cable management and for larger modules, such as audio amplifiers, to be mounted within the Structured Media Center.

"Unfortunately, the extender brackets are not really "extenders", the would more accurayely be described as a frame to allow an additional depth, while also making the height and width larger. I had a precut opening in the drywall to exactly fit the 28 inch panels with no allowance for the additional height and width. As a result, i received a return authorization and am sending the "extender" brackets back.
