Designed to work with any Leviton phone distribution module, these filters eliminate the need for individual filters at each wallplate. This printed circuit board module is equipped with an RJ-45 jack and 110 punchdowns.

    Works fine, but came with out a way to mount it in the media cabinet. Directions show a mounting bracket, but give no indication of part number or how to get one.
