Use this DSL Filter Board when you want to filter a DSL signal from the phone line before it's distributed throughout a home or office. Designed to work with any Leviton phone distribution module, these filters eliminate the need for individual filters at each wallplate. This printed circuit board module is equipped with an RJ-45 jack and 110 punchdowns.

Works fine, but came with out a way to mount it in the media cabinet. Directions show a mounting bracket, but give no indication of part number or how to get one.
