Received wall plate okay. No problem. Much cheaper than what I was able to get at local vendors.

No complaints...but I wish they came in "mid-size" (I think that is 3/8" larger than the standard size), which the rest of my house is in.

fit perfect. just want i needed

This plate was what I needed but I found it overly priced compared to other Smarthome prices I've paid.

It's just what I ordered and fit great. I could not find this item at the local harware store,drawback was that it cost more to ship it than the cost of the item. As I only needed one.

The product was exactly as advertised and fit perfectly. I'm not crazy about the price, but it was a VERY difficult to find anywhere and I was glad that I found a vendor that sells it. I had looked locally and online for many days. I'm not sure about quality control of the switch maker, however. The first unit arrived with a chipped-out piece of plastic. It's replacement also had a chipped-out piece. When that replacement arrived, it's condition was OK, but the piece cracked upon installation. Finally, the fourth iteration worked! The quality control of the switchplate maker leaves something to be desired, and the SmartHome packers should probably inspect their products more carefully before mailing. However, I just had to report that I am extremely impressed with SmartHome's customer service. Each time, they promptly replaced the defective unit and usually sent the replacement out before we could even return the defective unit...all without cost to us. I know they lost money on this transaction, but they were always courteous, never challenged us, and very responsive. I stumbled upon this company after days of searching online, but found a keeper and will definitely do business with them again. Many vendors would have, justifiably, given us a hard time after three failed items, but I really give them credit for staying positive and focused purely on our satisfaction. Each time, we dealt with a different customer service representative, yet the service was uniformly excellent no matter who we spoke to. I give them 2 stars for the product itself, but 6 stars for customer service!
