The universal RCA Compression Connector is ideal for use in a wide range of home and video connection applications, such as terminating HDTV and stereo connections. Packaged with a separate center connector pin and six color-coded bands, the RCA Compression Connector provides quick, cost-effective, secure terminations for RG6 and RG6 quad-shield cable and lets installers or end-users select the appropriate band color to identify connection types (i.e., left audio, right audio, video and component video RGB). The device's field-configurable design eliminates the need for installers to stock and cart multiple compression connectors with various color bands to the job site, instead letting them choose the appropriate band color while cable terminations are being made. The Universal Compression Tool is required for installation and is sold separately.
