The HDMI Decora Insert features an HDMI feed-through connector and fits in a standard single-gang junction box. This insert fits in a Decora-style wall plate (sold separately).

Note: When installing HDMI cables in-wall, make sure to look for the CL2 or CL3 rating which meets fire codes for in-wall installation.
