You don't need to run wires to start automating the lighting and appliances in your home. Controlling a light can be as easy as plugging it in, thanks to the Monster® Light & Appliance Station Switch Module, a Z-Wave-enabled on/off module that adds remote control to any plug-in lamp or appliance up to 1800 watts. You'll be able to turn the incandescent or dimmable halogen light on and off using any Z-Wave controller or even using your Monster home theater remote! The Monster® Home Theater Lighting 300 IR and RF Remote controls up to 15 A/V devices but will also send radio frequency commands to control your lighting from the comfort of your easy chair.

Automatic Signal Repeating Increases ReliabilitySince the Monster Light & Appliance Station Switch Module receives your commands through radio waves, you won't need line of sight in order to get your command to the device. This plug-in module and all Z-Wave-enabled devices transmit wireless RF signals from one device to another until the intended device is reached and controlled according to your command. This system will work through walls, floors and ceilings, sending signals up to 100 feet from controller to receiving module. The Monster Light Dimmer Module's connected lamp can still be controlled manually, as well.
Wired-In Switches AvailableWant to control switched lights remotely as well? Replace any existing wall switch with the Monster Wall On/Off Switch or Monster Wall Dimmer Switch to control them manually as well as with any ControlNet or Z-Wave-enabled controller.
