The Binding Post/Banana Jack Panel Mount Adapter is an attractive, gold-plated terminal post is the ideal solution for installing speakers in a home theater or professional audio environment. The sturdy connector accepts both bare wire contact (via a screw-down terminal) and a banana plug connector (inserted in the front). The flexibility and durability of this connector ensures high quality audio transfer and fidelity where you need it. A black band is integrated on the outside of the connector tor for easy identification of the terminal; typically used for a negative (-) speaker wire conenction. This product is also available with a red band, sold separately, typically used to identify and connect a positive (+) speaker wire conenction.
