However, because of its consistency, it's not advisable to attach tape wire to your speakers or components directly. Now you can attach speaker wire to tape wire easily with this convenient connector designed for 18- to 22-gauge wire. 50-foot rolls of 18-gauge, 2 conductor Tapewire and 18-gauge, 4 conductor Tapewire are sold separately.
