Essential Info
Control home theater components in an equipment closet or another room. The plasma-friendly J-Box IR Repeater mounts in a single-gang junction box. It plugs into a connecting block or an IR distribution hub, like the Channel Vision All-in-One IR System, which delivers your IR remote commands to the corresponding A/V components. IR emitters are also required and are sold separately.

To control A/V devices in a closed cabinet in the same room as your IR receiver, you can also use the Mini Desktop IR Receiver, which stands on a desk or cabinet shelf, or the Tube-Type IR Receiver, which mounts securely in a drilled hole in your equipment cabinet.
