doesn't come with instructions. not sure how to use it with Cat5e. not all of us are experts, so instructions would be helpful.

Doesn't fit the Leviton plate very well. A reviewer gave me a heads up to this so I ordered Leviton blank fillers, drilled a 1/4 inch hole in them to remount the jack and voila! Tip-Ring-Sleeve connections are not labeled correctly on the terminal board, either. Needed a multimeter to install. Once installed, it works fine. Great concept, but so-so execution.

Super inexpensive and a time saver for wiring with cat 5 cable. I actually modified it by removing the the white housing and puting the jack into the cover of my old network box for a clean looking install. Dave h

Product works well. Does not fit perfectly into a Leviton Quickport plate, but it will snap in. Good price and the screw terminals work well. So far I've only used it to send stereo audio over a 2' piece of Cat5 just to test before I actually installed it.
