The HiFi Works 6 1/2" In-Wall Speakers are a pair of affordable rectangular speakers designed to be flush mounted to your wall for a modern, professional appearance. Each speaker has a 6 1/2" polypropylene cone woofer and cloth dome tweeter with a Ferrofluid cooled voice coil that delivers resounding bass tones and crisp high tones. They can each handle 100 Watts of power and feature an 8-ohm impedance, which is an easy load for most amplifiers or receivers. Additionally, the included speaker grilles and frames can be painted to seamlessly blend in with your décor. This pair of speakers is the ideal way to fill a medium to large sized room with clean sound. Speaker Features
Installation is easy, thanks to an included cutout template and FlexBar technology which makes for faster mounting. The speakers' perforated woofer baskets prevent drywall debris from coming in contact with the woofer cones.
Other Speakers Available
If you don't need this much power or have a small sized room, a similar set of in-wall speakers are available in a 5 1/4" design that can handle up to 65 watts of power. Alternatively, a set of 5 1/4" in-ceiling speakers and 6 1/2" in-ceiling surround sound speakers are available. For the audio enthusiast looking for premium sound, consider using THX rated 6 1/2" In-Wall LCR Speakers or THX rated 6 1/2" In-Wall surround sound speakers. To complete your speaker setup, add a subwoofer for optimal sound.
