The web site showed stock on the items. After I places the order I received a notice of a short shipment. I called customer service and was told they were out of stock on the remainder of the order. When I asked if they could contact the manufacturer and have the items dropped shipped to me directly (a very common practice), I was told no without even trying to contact the factory. It would have taken nearly 2 weeks to receive the balance of the order while the material criss-crossed the country to eventually get to me.
