If you have decided to expand your NuVo Simplese-D whole-house audio distribution system from four house zones to up to eight, you'll need a wall-mounted keypad for each new zone. The Keypad for Simplese-D matches the four included in the Simplese D 4-Source 4-Zone System for a seamless installation. Each Decora®-style keypad comes with four wall plates in white, ivory, almond and black; choose the color that best suits your room's décor.

Control Audio Sources Using IR Remotes From Any ZoneUse an IR remote to control the sources from any zone: The keypad delivers your IR commands back to the individual components through cat. 5 wiring. The Keypad for Simplese-D will allow you to control the volume, mute zones, switch sources or power down the entire system.
Link Zones Together in Large Listening SpacesTo enable open living spaces to share a listening choice while still permitting individual volume control, you can even group system keypads together. The special "All Off" feature allows you to shut down your NuVo system with the press of a single button. In addition, the mute function immediately silences system for phone or doorbell rings.
