Essential Info
To connect more than one set of speakers to an amplifier in parallel, you need to adjust for the impedance drop. Matchit Impedance Transformer gives you a selectable 2, 4, 8, or 16 times impedance multiplication. A 2-times multiplication will allow you to connect two 8 ohm speakers in parallel and still have an 8 ohm load. An 8-times multiplication will allow you to connect up to 8 speakers in parallel and show an 8 ohm load. The Matchit Impedance Transformer is factory set at 2-times. A solder connection is required to change to other load settings. One matchit is required for each channel (one for left and one for right).
